Try-out posting …

This is my first attempt to post something readable and nicely formatted. Hopefully the SQL*Plus output below looks good. Due to my blindness I am unable to use the WordPress builtin editor effectivly. So I am writing this using the Unix Vi editor in plain ASCII with HTML tags.

Harald,
Site is very well readable. Both the normal text, as well as the sql output are very clear.
I can’t wait for more articles.

Now, its almost perfect, although not made by someone who sits on the last row in the class….
The text goes a bit off the right margin but its still readable because it falls over the grey background on the page. The font is good: truetype font and good sized.
I suggest you try to post something with a linesize of 200 or more to see what happens with the line breaks.
Cheers,
Simone

Hi Harald:
You are a great inspiration to us all!!
I wish I can interview you for the ‘Meet the Experts’ feature on my blog.
I e-mail you the questions and you reply by e-mail.
You get a OCP Blog t-shirt as a small token of thanks from me.
Cheers,

Harald,
I truly believe that world is so small. Less than a year back, I was talking to a guy who came from Netherlands and talked about attending a class of yours of RAC over there. When he told me about you, I was both impressed and inspired and see, today I got a chance to write over your blog.
Your blog will be added now in my blog list and will be a must read for me.
Oh yes, blog is perfect, both in viewing and reading.
Regards
Aman….

Hi, Harald
Greetings from Bulgaria. I’m so happy to see you blogging. I know you have tons of interesting information to share with the Oracle comunity (and not only Oracle).
And yes, from practical point of view the blog is very well formated :)

Now I see you are moderating the comments manually. I suggest you to use “Spam Karma” for cleansing the comment-data. It keeps me spam-free for quite long time (I made some of the rules more restrictive than the default values).
I also use “Simple Trackback Validation” plugin to guard my blog from fake trackbacks. With these 2 plugins I have no spam comments for 2 years
